Prices and currency
Prices are in USD. Your order total, applicable tax and any valid discount appear before you place an order. There are no physical shipping charges. Any bank conversion or cross-border fees are separate.
Available methods
Select PayPal and click Pay with PayPal to create a Pending payment order. PayPal is not connected yet, so no payment window opens and no funds are charged. The order is saved in My Account. Game items remain locked until payment is confirmed.
A player account is required
Sign in to your player account before checkout. New players must create an account on the account page and are then returned to checkout with their cart saved. This lets us attach purchased items to the correct player. A purchase does not create an account in a third-party game. Use the same Mayan Play account to equip your purchases.
Payment confirmation and delivery
An order acknowledgement is not proof of payment. Only orders with a confirmed payment and a processing or completed state unlock game items. Pending, on-hold, failed, cancelled or refunded orders do not provide active entitlements. Check My Account or Order Tracking.
Problems and refunds
If payment fails, read the checkout message before trying again. Contact support about uncertain or duplicate payments with a redacted reference and order number. Never send full card data. Approved refunds follow the Returns & Refunds Policy; local test refunds move no real funds.
