Before ordering
You may remove items, change your cart or leave checkout before placing an order. No game entitlement is created merely by adding an item to the cart.
Unpaid orders
Use My Account → Orders → Cancel where offered for a pending, failed or on-hold order. Only orders without confirmed payment can be cancelled this way. A cancellation prevents delivery and does not by itself return funds.
After confirmed payment
Paid orders use the refund review process. Delivery is normally immediate after confirmed payment, so interruption cannot be guaranteed once an entitlement is active. Contact support promptly and see the Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory rights continue to apply.
Request versus confirmation
A cancellation ticket is not a confirmed cancellation. Check the order status and keep your support reference. Cancellation, refund approval and funds returning to a payment method are separate events.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order for unavailability, an obvious price error, unconfirmed payment or a credible misuse concern. If a collected payment cannot be fulfilled, we will offer an appropriate refund or a remedy agreed with you.
